I started coaching Aly Jay (@alyjayrunsflag on Instagram) in 2015. I'd known her for several years, and when I got the coaching certification from McMillan Running she was one of the first people to reach out to me. Fast forward a few years, and she's done some GREAT things ... not only in running, but in life. She's a mom, business owner, accomplished singer/songwriter, and a runner. I've had the pleasure of pacing her through several ultras (including Western States 100), and watched her grow into someone that enjoys her time on the trails and roads.
