I've always been a runner at heart. I run for fitness, mental health and for the simple joy of being outside. I ran my first race when I was 15 years old and over the past 25+ years I have run everything from marathons to community fun runs.
My philosophy is that running, and life, should be fun. I want you to embrace running as a lifelong friend. And while that friend may fade in and out of your life, I always want it to be there by your side when you need it.
I am the husband of a photographer, the dad to four furry pets and a lover of the outdoors. On the weekends, you can find me at the local races, our community Farmers market and out one of our local pubs enjoying a good beer with friends.
